Some days, when nothing I make is turning out right, I just need to make a pizza.
Some days, my husband has told me "I like the crust a little thicker" one too many times, and I make an obnoxiously thick crust.
Some days, it's so thick that the middle even caves in.
I'm not even sure if I should call this pizza, or if I should just call it bread with sauce and cheese.
But it tasted GOOD.
Focaccia. I think you should call it that. Normally it has just a little bit of veggies or cheese instead of the normal pizza amount of sauce and cheese but that's kind of what it is :)
